Reiki is a gentle Japanese relaxation technique that uses light touch—or placing the hands slightly above the body—to guide energy and support the body’s natural healing abilities. This non-invasive therapy promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner calm, and can be used alongside medical treatments or other therapies. Experience deep relaxation and gentle healing in this special class blending restorative yoga with Reiki. Held in a warm, softly lit room with soothing music, this practice requires no prior yoga experience—just a willingness to rest and receive.

* 75 minutes – $18

What to Bring
* A pillowcase, two blankets, a yoga mat (loaners available), water, and anything you’d like for extra comfort.
