In this fun, supportive environment, you’ll learn the foundations of acro yoga, including partnering, balance, communication, and trust. No prior yoga or acro experience is needed—just bring a partner and a willingness to try something new together.

This workshop focuses on connection, teamwork, and lighthearted movement, with plenty of encouragement and guidance along the way.
