Students are encouraged to honor the wisdom of the body and work according to its limits and strengths.
Yoga has health benefits for everyone, from those in perfect health to those with special needs, chronic illness, chronic pain, and fatigue.

Then check your email for the Zoom link and payment options. Easy peasy! Please note, Zoom registrations close one hour before classtime, so do plan ahead.

Gentle Yoga Thursdays at 10:00 AM
Classes are appropriate for students of all levels of experience.
A slower-paced flow, this class combines mindfulness and grounding, poses to aid in balance and fall prevention. The postures foster mobility, stretching, and relaxation. Poses are typically held for more than one breath. This class is perfect for those new to yoga, easing back into their practice after injury or time away from the mat, or anyone looking to move their bodies while having some fun!

Ashtanga Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your experience level. This style of yoga follows a set sequence of postures (asanas), each linked with breath (vinyasa), creating a flowing and focused practice.
One of the many benefits of Ashtanga is its consistency. Because the sequence remains the same, it becomes easier to memorize and practice at home, making it an excellent foundation for building a personal routine.
Over time, you'll notice real progress—deepening your postures, building strength, and experiencing a sense of accomplishment as you advance in your practice.

This class focuses on breath, stretching & strengthening the core. The core includes our abdominal muscles, back, and pelvic floor. Perfect for those with back pain, poor posture, & anyone looking to tone up their midsection.
