About me

Hello! I’d like to introduce myself, I am Amanda Neidlinger.

My career in healthcare began 21 years ago when I completed my massage therapist certification. That coincided with a passionate interest in powerlifting and I began competing on the state, then nation, and finally world level.   I have always been interested in advancing my education, so I returned to school for nursing and graduated as a RN in 2007. At 40 years old, I completed my Bachelors in the Science of Nursing with honors! Throughout this time my love for holistic medicine and exercise grew and I obtained certifications in yoga, pilates, group fitness instructor, and personal training. I am also certified to teach several massage therapy classes for CEU’s.

My goal is for everyone, regardless of age, to help them to reach their very best, physically and mentally. I have seen people needlessly suffer from physical pain for long periods of time. Through massage, yoga, and exercise that pain could be reduced or eliminated and could help reclaim your life.  I want to help you find relief and your strength from within.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our page & we look forward to working with you.
