Sundays at 7:00 PM, we are offering Ashtanga Yoga with Rob!

What is Ashtanga Yoga?
Ashtanga is a traditional, dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement through a progressive series of postures. It builds internal heat, physical strength, flexibility, and focused awareness.

Unlike other yoga styles that vary class to class, Ashtanga follows a set sequence—starting with the Primary Series—allowing students to deepen their practice and track their progress over time.

Whether you're a beginner looking for structure or a seasoned yogi ready to challenge yourself, Ashtanga Yoga offers a path to detoxification, transformation, and total well-being.

Join us Sunday nights at 7:00 PM and experience the power of this grounding, energizing practice. We can't wait to flow with you!
