Yoga & Pilates fusion. All the benefits of yoga combined with the benefits of Pilates.
This class focuses on breath, stretching & strengthening the core. The core includes our abdominal muscles, back, and pelvic floor. Perfect for those with back pain, poor posture, & anyone looking to tone up their midsection.
Yoga with Lisa Mo!
Lisaâs classes are a 60-minute vinyasa flow style class and will be appropriate for students of all levels of experience, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Each class includes a gentle warm up, yoga poses, and a blissful extended savasana. Morning classes are gentle and at a slower pace then our evening classes.
Please dress comfortably for movement, bring a yoga mat and water, and arrive a few minutes prior to class time to register and set up your space. Also helpful would be a yoga block and small hand towel. A limited number of yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow on a FCFS basis.
Investment: $10 or use your June River Run class pass.
